Customers get a world-class data protection infrastructure that lets them safeguard their data without additional capital or IT expenses. It automatically backs up desktop, laptop and server data from across the customer’s organization and the customer can configure the retention schedule and monitor their backups via a web browser. Their data is deduplicated, compressed, encrypted, and then transmitted to a vault in one of i365’s top-tier data centers.

Recovery is just as easy: When the customer needs to restore data, they simply navigate to it via an intuitive interface, then click.
    • EVault Reports provide details about the status of their backups.
    • EVault SaaS supports Windows, Linux, SQL Server and Exchange, and provides a solid disaster recovery solution.

     $49.99 for 30GB
     $94.99 for 60GB
     $174.99 120GB

     Storage Overage Fee
     $1.95 per GB

     ** There is no installation fee and seven daily backup retentions are included.
    * * If more storage is required than the 120 GB level, please ask for additional pricing.

     Setup
    To begin using i365 with GoGrid, customers must deploy an image and contact an i365 representative to get a backup account set up. Please see the welcome documentation on the image desktop to get started.
